All Self Storage Sales Australia & Benchmark Consultant Brokers are Fully Licensed and Accredited and most are members of the Australian Institute of Business Broker's AIBB ,Real Estate Institute of Queensland “REIQ” & Real Estate Institute of NSW, “RENSW” . Benchmark has been a member of the REIQ since establishment and our Consultant Brokers regularly attend CPD (Continued Personal Development) training and refresher courses at the Institute in order to keep abreast of legal and legislative changes and ongoing requirements. As such we strictly adhere to the Code of Conduct for Agents laid down by the REIQ and the mandatory requirements of the Property Agents and Motor Dealers Act 2000 Code of Conduct.
